Biography

In my heart, I know every interaction with a birth-giver and their family is divine, thank you for getting to know me. Growing up I was very close to my grandmother who traveled the Caribbean as a holistic healer. I knew I would find my purpose in a similar space and I'm so excited that this calling has led me to guide and celebrate you in your sacred, but unique experience.

As a Track & Field Olympian, I was grateful to represent my land with the fierce passion of an advocate, natural enthusiasm of a cheerleader and spirit of an affirmation warrior. These 3 factors are the foundation of my care, as your doula. As you become more empowered to design your desired birth experience, we're preparing for hurdles along the way and embracing your instincts with confidence and grace.
