Biography

Hi everyone!

A little bit about me: I never envisioned my life without having a child, however fertility problems led me to believe that I may never give birth. I was fortunate to become pregnant and give birth to a lovely baby girl 16 years ago. I loved being pregnant and being a mother is my greatest joy. For that reason I have always wanted to support women during their pregnancy, which is one of the beautiful miracles in this world.

My hope is to advocate for mothers-to-be in their pregnancy journey, to make them feel empowered and informed through evidence-based practices and emotional support. I want to help as many women as possible have a happy and safe pregnancy through a better understanding of what our bodies were designed to do.
